SIDE WALLS: These are standard walls included in the price of the marquee. Three side walls are provided. Two shorter sides and one longer side is covered with the price e.g. 6m x 9m marquee comes with walls to cover two 6m sides and one 9m side. Special Sidewalls are available: arched window or plain window walls are $50 per 6m.
EXTRA CHARGES: Extra labour charges will apply for difficult areas. "CARTAGE CHARGE" May apply if Access is difficult.
Ace Party Hire DOES NOT recommend the practice of joining a marquee to a marquee, a marquee to an awning or to another building.
Note: when measuring the yard, you must add a minimum of 1 metre either side of marquee to allow for pegging. For example, 6m x 6m marquee needs an area of 8m x 8m. Marquees to be on grass surface. No trees or clothes lines in required area - NO STREAMERS OR COOKING IN MARQUEES

Terms & Conditions of Hire
- Care, protection and return of property. You are reminded that on receipt of hired equipment, the responsibility for these items is yours. If theft and/or breakage or damage occurs while the items are in your care and control you have an obligation for replacement, either through a cash settlement or a claim on your own insurance. When goods are not returned in part or in full the hire of such equipment will continue until the replacement cost is paid.
- The Hirer must not move, alter, or interfere with any part of the installed marquee or its components (including poles, anchors, ropes, or flooring) once installation is complete. Any unauthorised changes by the Hirer will void any warranty or liability on the part of the Supplier and may result in full liability for any resulting damage or injury.
- Cartage and Labour Fees Where goods are to be delivered by the Company our standard cartage fee is for delivery to your front door or garage/carport. If goods are required to be carried past these points an additional delivery fee may apply.
- Bond Cash deposits are required on all crockery, cutlery & glassware products. Cleaning fee deposits are required on BBQ's, Spit & Gas Roaster. Bonds will be refunded when all goods have been checked either by the driver or yard staff. A charge will be made for goods which are lost, or returned damage and or unwashed.
- It will be necessary for you to arrange payment prior to the hiring date, or upon delivery, unless you have an account with us.
- Underground Utilities. Our experienced Customer Service Team will need your help to avoid underground pipes, facilities or other obstacles e.g. Rock or sandstone. Ace Party Hire is not liable for any damage to underground utilities.
- Payment is cash on delivery OR credit card/bank transfer over the phone prior to delivery. For marquees and large functions a minimum 20% deposit is required to secure bookings.
- In the event of cancellation by the hirer the following applies:
- In excess of two (2) weeks’ notice prior to the event, the booking deposit (20%) is non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled function.
- Less than two (2) weeks’ notice but more than 48 hours prior to the delivery date, 50% of the total charges are payable.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours to delivery date, total charges are payable.
