Prices
Prices do not include delivery and are subject to change without notice. Prices include GST.
Salad orders
All salad orders are to be placed by Tuesday for the following weekend. Orders for holiday periods should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. The minimum salad order is 4kg. Salad orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed.
Linen orders
Linen is to be pre-ordered 1 week in advance.
Breakages and Losses
All breakages and losses must be paid for by the hirer at replacement value of item. Until the items are paid for in full, a hire fee will be charged at a rate of 2 hires per week.
Cleaning
All cooking equipment, glassware, cutlery, crockery and product items are to be returned clean. In the event that products require cleaning, the hirer will be charged a minimum $20 cleaning fee.
Deposits/Payments
A deposit of 20% is required with every booking with the balance payable upon delivery. For pick up orders, a security bond of $50 cash or the customer’s credit card details must be provided. Upon return of all goods, the cash bond will be refunded or the credit card details will be erased.
We accept eftpos, mastercard and visa payments.
Cartage
All prices are exclusive of cartage. Pickup/delivery days are Monday to Friday. Deliveries or pickups on a Saturday/Sunday incur an extra charge.
Underground Utilities
Ace Party Hire and Supplies is not liable for any damage to underground utilities. By contracting with Ace Party Hire and Supplies the hirer agrees to be responsible for underground utilities and liable for any damage thereto.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to delivery may result in forfeiture of deposit at the discretion of Ace Party Hire and Supplies.

APH take no responsibility for our food items once they leave our premises or our motor vehicles or our control. APH does not warrant that information provided by APH, it’s staff or agents is all-inclusive as to the avoidance of spoilage, nor does APH warrant that food products once they leave our control will not spoil.
Hire equipment and supplies
APH take care to provide adequate and sufficient information and instructions for the safe use of all equipment hired out or supplied to customers. APH accept no responsibility for damages or personal injury to customers and third parties caused by the negligent use of said equipment by customers and third parties or their failure to adhere to instructions provided by APH.
Customers agree to be responsible for all damage to property owned by APH while such property is under their care and control. Customers will be billed for the cost of repairs and replacement of all damaged goods which are the property of APH or third party hire companies.
